Should a EXKALA customer feel the need to terminate the use of the services listed within three (03) months from the date of paid services; a refund is applicable given the customer did not request a discount at the time of account activation.
EXKALA does not offer partial and/or complete refund on a sample and/or bulk order.
EXKALA does not offer partial and/or complete refund in the event, a website user and/or customer starts, contributes and/or joins a negative narrative against the platform both online and off.
Refund requests are entertained through two (02) channels under email@example.com and/or firstname.lastname@example.org any requests made outside the jurisdiction of the mentioned email addresses are considered null and void.
